If items are damaged you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving product with a picture(s) attached


Simply send a brief email to us @ within 3 business days from the receipt of your order. Please include Your Order Number And Name & we will provide you with further instructions on retuning your item to our office. 


Please allow 5-10 business days to process any returns.We do not exchange items.We highly advise that you use your local postal service to mail the package and provide us with the tracking number once shipped. Store Credits will be issued via email. We will not be responsible for any lost packages.

All Returns will receive Store Credit ONLY. Which can be used for a future purchase


Returned packages will only be eligible for a Store Credit if they meet the following criteria: 

 All return packages must be posted out within 3 days from date of received

* All items must have the original tags attached

* All items must be in good, unworn condition- no stains, rips, foul odors, etc.

* Swimsuits & Undergarments, Bodysuits can NOT be returned

* Any items in the Sale Category, Bags, Accessories CANNOT BE RETURNED

* There will be no refunds by cash or debit Back to any Credit Or Debit  Card.

* Absolutely no refunds will be given.

If you provided the wrong shipping address you will be responsible for paying shipping again. You will receive a receipt confirmation via email once your returned package is processed. Store Credit will be issue within 24-48 Hours. Any defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not within that time frame you will not receive a store credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Cassidy's Closet  is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
